Over the last few years ‘When The Autumn Leaves Fall’ has developed into a growing community-led environmental art and music event, bringing guest musicians, dancers and performers from around the world together with the When the Future Comes project, in Finsbury Park, to celebrate the Autumn.
People met Future Machine and shared stories of the weather and climate change with artists Rachel Jacobs and Esi Eshun with afternoon tea and cake.
From 4pm the music event began with drumming, dancing and music from around the world, featuring The Rainmakers, Zantagola (with special guest Saras Wati), Shreya Rai, Assafo Gyata and The Finsbury Park Drumming School Students.
