We met for the eighth year of celebrating the spring cherry blossoms in Christ Church Gardens.
We gathered in the sun, then rain and hail stones under the blossom trees (and huddled together under a gazebo). We ate homemade hot soup to warm up with bread and cake from the Small Food Bakery, listening to Future Machine’s increasingly dramatic music of the weather and spoke to the future.
We also displayed the beautiful banners created by Year 3 at Mellers Primary to celebrate the Spring, with the things they want to look after for the future written on them.
